There are over 100 cellar doors to visit, with the best varieties here being Semillon, Shiraz and Chardonnay. A small producer everything is handcrafted and brings back the memories of those days where the cellar door,well, was the cellar door.  Where you met the actual wine maker.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Red Clay is situated in the heart of the Mudgee Valley in Central Western NSW.
